If you don’t know how to design with computer, you can provide us with your own hand drawn designs. We can redraw your hand drawings into digital graphics before printing for them for FREE. Please click HERE for more information about this FREE service.
After your initial enquiry, you will receive your quotation and mock-up with all the details. After providing all information required, you can confirm the order and proceed to the payment section. We will start production once we have received your payment. The final confirmation is always made by you.
To make sure the final clothing meet your expectation, you can request a sample before going ahead with bulk production. We will charge a sample fee of USD$100, which will be deducted from the payment for bulk production. Please click HERE to find out more about how to request samples.
Yes, all you need to do is provide your last order ID and we can repeat the order.
No. We provide FREE shipping on all orders placed. However, we do suggest you submit your order enquiries separately in order to make each order clearer to manage.
We accept credit cards and PayPal. Both methods of payment do not have any charges. Bank Transfer is only provided to companies in specific countries only.
Once you have confirmed the quotation and the mock-up, you can request to make a sample first. You are then required to pay Sample Fee at the same time you send your request to us. Once you have approved the sample, you can settle the order payment for the bulk production.
Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the displayed price for all countries inside the EU. For countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway or Switzerland), VAT is an addition to the price displayed. We does not refund value-added taxes.
